These are photographs of the traditional dress of the wigmen. The hair is grown then cut and styled into these elaborate wigs worn for special ceremonies and events. The headdresses are made of various bird feathers. These were taken at a sing-sing in Ambua.
They were very patient, allowing for photographs. There were a few local hand made items for sale.
