10.15.14 Still no sports .............................

After all of this time I still have not seen one single football or hockey or baseball playoff game. Every time I go  to  the Marina Sports Bar and Grill something is an impediment. Tonight - the TV wasn't working. So I drowned my sorrows with chocolate ice cream - the best supper ever.

Work is busy. World Health Organization (WHO) is here this week with a seminar on diabetes, hypertension, salt reduction, and tobacco and alcohol related problems. Have been in and out - we have our betel nut program and they were included in a brief survey. I also am the chair of the Ebola Task force here so it was good to see what WHO has to support programs prepare for an outbreak of any disease that requires isolation.
