Typhoon Noul is a category 1 storm right now and Yap is a direct hit. We have had heavy rains and winds all day and the worst is to come tomorrow morning. Watching for floods and tree and structural damage. Am in the PH office tonight directing our staff volunteers at the shelters. With luck, we learned something from the two that we had within the last six months.
