It has been a challenge to upload videos, so I used a new program and cut the vidoes into still shots. Here is the start of the sailing race - sails up at the signal. It took less than 10 seconds for the larget boat to be sailing.
The Team Proas (Yap Catholic) never trailed after this maneuver.
An important job is to keep up with bailing if you don't want to sink.
These last two are from the parade of sails before the races. This is one of my favorite cuts. Lupo appears to be looking right into the camera, but I am so far away to appear as only a a speck on the wall. For being a small digital camera, it has a vey powerfull zoom lens. All hand held shots, too.
