A lot of preparations are in progress for the Canoe festival. There will be the races, food stalls, crafts, music, a nght market and traditional dancing. I was told tobring my purse - I am sure they meant my money. Do you think they would accept stone money???

He is a very nice boy. He was a good conversant and very compassionate about the animals. He was the only one who admittd feeling sad (he cried) when a family dog was hit and killed by a car. It is not in the culture for men or women to show emotion, such as crying. I would have cried and let him know that.

 

 

Had a nice chat with the kids. The girls are twins - age 8. boys are brother, age 10 and 11. The boys and girls are cousins.
